Persuasive writing.

It has come to my attention that the value of fun is when you help people and play games on the playground or when you could run around and play tag.

In my opinion I think that integrity is when you do the right thing when nobody’s looking at you. Or you could tell the truth for example when you break something and then you tell that you broke it.

I believe that respect is when you don’t go on other people's property. Or you could pick people up when they fall.

I know for a fact that excellence is when you achieve something, for example speaking in front of the whole school when its assembly.

It has come to my attention that achievement is when you do the class pepeha in front of everybody.

I know for a fact that confidence is when you walk by yourself on the street and looking both ways when you cross the road.

We all know that enjoyment is when you have fun with your cousin in your backyard.

 Room 6 went to paknsave to learn more about nutrition we had to look at the menu to check if it was healthy or unhealthy.

Nutrition.

I have learnt that cow makes milk and cows give milk calcium and calcium makes your bone strong.

I also have learnt that seafood has iron and iron gives you energy.

Eating fruit and vegetable gives you fiber and fiber stops constipation.  

Tahuna torea walk

On thursday room 6 and room 5 had a walk to tahuna torea and it was tiring and the teachers said that it was a 2 hour walk or 3 hour walk but it felt like a one minute walk.

 This is a sport award for the people who has participated in rugby league we won three games but the last one we lost which was the finals.

It was raining when we got there and when we got told to put off our shoes the grass was freezing like the Antarctica.

Today we went to life education and we learned how to control our emotion by shaking it off and ignoring the mean words that they are saying to you.

On Friday my class had a buddy class with room 1 and we learnt what a tinana had and I already knew one which is talinga and it was very fun.

 On Wednesday room 6 and I think two people from room 13 and 1 from room 12. I liked playing and my mum made a awesome burger and it had cheese and meat patty also barbecue sauce and it was so delicious. I felt so happy when we got to eat because I was starving.

Amazing museum

 

Rm 6 & Rm 5 went to the museum and when we went there room 6 did patterns with string.  I learnt that the marae is named after a cheif called Hotunui and that the marae has two bodys. 

ANZAC sensory.

 

I can see the AK-47 that has fallen from the hands of enemies and their blood on my boots and pants.

I can hear the screaming of my countrymen and the blasting bullets from the sniper when they snipe my people.

I can smell the smoke coming from the smoke bomb that the other team threw so that we can’t see.

I can feel the wind on my face and the coldness coming in my guts when I breath in and out.

The taste of the blood from the people that I stabbed with my knife and that I killed with my shotgun

Inside I felt like a warrior and like I was in the netflix movie the Purge.

Our New Kitchen

                                           Me and my class went to the new kitchen it looks so cool.

The amazing trip to the Maritime Museum.

 

Yesterday we went to the maritime museum and before we left we had a group photo with everyone. my group mostly played with the Waka activity's I learnt how to do a reef knot.
